Returns/Order Cancellation

Not happy with your item? No problem. We are more than happy to accommodate unused returns within 14 days of purchase.

Please reach out to us by contacting our Sales team on +44(0) 7821885047 or email [email protected] to inform us of your intention to return your order and you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number. Returned goods will only be accepted when a returns number has been given and if they meet the below criteria:

· The product must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

· The product must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition.

· You should return the product at your own cost to the returns address provided. Ensure that the product arrives safely to us, we strongly recommend that you return the product to us by recorded post.

Please verify your order before submission. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
