Avannie Moi Moi Cooking Pouch

I cook a lot of moi moi and store in freezer. It is the one quick Nigerian meal I learnt from my Mum. I have always used moi moi tins/cups but that takes a lot of space. This doesn't take a lot of space and has made my cooking so much easier to be honest.

I've been looking for this pouch everywhere! So excited to finally find it here. It was used for moi moi by the caterer at a friend's wedding. It was so beautiful and classy. The moi moi came out of it very easily. Everyone really loved it. Since then, I've been looking for it. Best pouch I've ever used! No mess, very good quality and very presentable. A great option if you're trying to impress people. Lol. Yea, it looks that good. Still intact after first use too. Overall, quite impressed. Also, I find it cooks faster and even better, I can just pop them into the freezer after cooking, still in the pouches, no worry about repacking. A good buy.

The packs are beautiful and easy to use. They are reusable too which I like.

I bought 2 packs from a store on my last visit to the UK. I took what was left to Nigeria and my sisters couldn't have enough of them. We tried ordering from Nigeria but the delivery cost was high so I said said I'll get as much as I can when next I visit the UK. I came into the UK few weeks ago and it was one of the first things I bought to take back home. The pouches are unique, I hope they will be available in Nigeria soon.

As a first time buyer buying in bulk to take back home, I had a lot of questions to ask to make sure the product is as good as they say.They were very easy to talk to and took their time to answer all my inquiries in a friendly manner. This is something I appreciate. They delievered my order for free and they called to ask if I had receieved the parcel. This is good customer service. The moin moin packs look good. You can tell they are good quality from the moment you open them up. No need to grease the inner foil, the moi moi doesn't stick to it. It just comes out smoothly when the moi moi is cool.
